Programs written for specific trades.
Carriers price a bakery and a roofing crew very differently. We keep markets that specialize in each.
One agent, many carriers, and nobody reading from a script.
Direct insurers can only sell you their own policy. We work for you, so when a carrier raises rates or exits your class of business, we move you instead of leaving you to start over.
- A named agent with a direct line, not a call queue
- Annual coverage review before every renewal
- Claims advocacy: we stay on the file until it closes
- Same-day certificates for bids and new contracts
Owners who stopped worrying about the fine print.
"A GC needed a waiver of subrogation and a COI by 7 a.m. for a hospital job. Dana had it in my inbox at 6:40. That's the job we've been living off all year."
"Our walk-in died over a holiday weekend. Spoilage coverage I didn't know we needed until Sentinel added it paid for the lost inventory."
"They moved our BOP and cyber to a new carrier and we kept the same limits for less. The renewal review took twenty minutes."
Things owners ask us first.
It depends on your industry, payroll, revenue, location and claims history. A two-person consulting firm might pay under $100 a month for a BOP; a roofing crew with trucks pays far more. The coverage finder above gives typical ranges, and a quote gives you the real number.
In most states, yes. Requirements vary by state and by industry, and some states exempt sole owners. Your agent will confirm the rules where you operate.
Once a policy is bound, most certificates go out within two business hours. Clients can also generate standard certificates themselves from the portal.
Often, yes. If your current carrier is one we work with, we can take over as your agent of record without changing the policy.
Call your agent first. We help you report it, explain what the policy says, and stay in touch with the adjuster until it's resolved. Coverage decisions are made by the carrier under your policy terms.
